What we collect

When you request a quote through the form on this site, or send a question through the chat widget, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email if you share it, and your question or project details. That is the only personal information this site collects.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, quote your project, and schedule your service.
• If you check the SMS consent box, to text you about your question or service from our business number, (303) 944-5975. If you don't check it, we call instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Quote requests are processed by Jobber, the scheduling software we run the business on; chat messages are delivered through our business phone provider.

SMS terms

True Trim Lawns sends text messages to customers and people who requested a quote: quote follow-ups, appointment and visit reminders, invoice links, service updates, and occasional seasonal offers for current customers, from (303) 944-5975.

• Consent to receive texts is optional and never a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Text HELP for help, or call (303) 944-5975.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full terms: Terms of Service.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses basic analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you or to serve advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site still works.

Data security

Quote requests and consent records are stored in Jobber and our customer records system, both password protected with access limited to our own team. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
