Who we are
True Trim Lawns is the trade name of EB Services LLC, a Colorado company providing residential lawn care, cleanups, aeration, sod, rock and mulch work in Arvada and nearby neighborhoods. These terms cover this website, the quote form, the chat widget, and the text messages we send.
Quotes and service
- A quote request is not a booking. We confirm every job by phone or text before we come out.
- Prices quoted are for the work described. If the job changes on site, we tell you before we do anything extra.
- Recurring mowing runs on the schedule we agree to. Weather can move a visit; we let you know when it does.
- Our guarantee is simple: done right or it's free. If a visit is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we fix it at no charge.
Text message (SMS) terms
Program description. True Trim Lawns sends text messages to customers and people who requested a quote: quote follow-ups, appointment and visit reminders, invoice links, service updates such as weather delays, and occasional seasonal offers for current customers. Messages come from (303) 944-5975.
- How you opt in. By checking the consent box on our quote form at truetrimlawns.com, or by agreeing by phone or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt out. Text STOP to (303) 944-5975 at any time and you will receive one confirmation message and nothing further.
- Help and support. Text HELP for help, call or text (303) 944-5975, or email elib@truetrimlawns.com.
- Message frequency varies by your service. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
